The majority of my clothing items are handmade to order, unless the listing states otherwise. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be completed and allow additional time for postage. If there are certain things you need by a specific date please feel free to contact us. If there are any delays I will contact you to advise.
If you place an order for a handmade item along with an accessory then your order will be posted all together once your handmade item has been completed.
If there is a particular item or fabric you love that you have spotted on our social media but is not listed on our website, please contact us and we can see if we can create it for you.
We are unable to exchange handmade items or accept returns on handmade items based on wrong sizing choice or simply for change of mind. If you are unsure of the size you need please feel free to contact us for advice or to request a size chart. But if you are uncertain we will generally advise to size up, that way you can get longer wear from your special Finn Stanley piece.
Little Renegade Company Hats
Please refer to the size charts on each listing to choose the required size. We will accept returns on Little Renegade Company hats within 7 days of delivery if the hat does not fit. All postage costs are at the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned to us in its original condition with all tags and product stickers attached. If we deem the product is not in its original condition, the product will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. If the item is deemed to be in original condition you will be eligible for a store credit/refund (excluding any postage fees).
Other products, excluding handmade
We do not accept returns based on change of mind.
In the event that you have received a faulty item please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product so we can review your issue and come to a resolution. Do not send any items back to us before contacting us.
Items must be returned in original and unused condition. Postage will be the responsibility of the buyer until it has been returned to us and inspected. If the product is deemed faulty you can choose to exchange your product for another in stock product to equal or lesser value, alternatively we can refund the product purchase price.
Return postage cost will be reimbursed once the item has been deemed faulty.
We offer a free local pick up service located in Parkes NSW - just enter the discount code FREELOCALPICKUP at the checkout. We use Australia Post to send our orders. Your parcel will have a tracking number - you will receive tracking updates if you enter your email address. We charge a flat rate of $8.95 on orders requiring postage.
Please ensure the address you provide to us upon checkout contains the correct delivery address as once the item is posted we have no further control over it.
